The Fullstack Engineer at Reconomy Group is responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions from front to backend. They collaborate closely with team leads, architects, and other developers to create intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and frontend components for the company's software solutions, as well as developing scalable and high-performance backends using Reconomy Group's core technologies, such as .NET.

The Fullstack Engineer ensures seamless integration between front and backend components and participates actively in the full software development lifecycle. They continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, while working closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with broader organizational goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Reconomy Group's core technologies, such as .NET, ensuring adherence to best practices and established coding standards.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead Engineer, Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Software Architect, frontend developers, mobile developers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders to design and implement backend components that meet business requirements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components by working closely with frontend developers and other team members.
• Actively contribute to code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
• Identify and troubleshoot backend-related issues, implementing fixes and optimizations as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development, continuously learning and improving skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with broader organizational initiatives and support change management processes to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise and understanding of the development process, including specification, documentation, and QA.
• Expertise with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular & SQL Server.
• Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Entity Framework.
• Experience in a microservice architecture.
• Proven communication skills
