We are seeking a Junior Consultant – Risk & Regulatory Reporting (Investment Funds).

About The Role

Our Risk Advisory team offers consulting services on Risk and Investment Management and Regulatory topics for investment funds, asset managers and banks. In reason of the ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for outstanding individuals to join our team and contribute to the development of risk management (investment risk, liquidity risk) and reporting services (Solvency II, CRR, PRIIPs).

This is an ideal opportunity to develop a solid knowledge in the risk management and investments fields. The position will give you excellent exposure to a range of assignments in a very dynamic environment, where proactivity and determination are valued skills. A career in KPMG's Risk Advisory department provides you with hands-on opportunities to learn and support our clients by implementing risk management frameworks and monitoring portfolio risk and compliance.

As a
Junior Consultant
, you will support clients from the asset management industry in production and review regulatory and risk transparency reports.

This role is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a financial and technical background to grow within a specialized advisory environment and being exposed to the fund industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support asset management clients in producing and reviewing regulatory risk transparency reports
• Collect, transform, and analyze client data to develop insights and recommendations aligned with their business and regulatory needs
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate and high-quality risk reporting and advisory outputs
• Collaborate in the development and enhancement of internal reporting platforms and tools
• Provide regulatory advisory during the set-up phase of new investment funds

What We Look For

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Good understanding of financial instruments and risk concepts. Knowledge of portfolio strategies is a plus.
• Familiarity with the fund industry and its regulatory environment
• Basel guidelines is considered as an asset
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a rigorous, quality-driven approach
• Proficiency in Excel is a must; experience with Python, MATLAB, or other programming languages is a strong advantage
• IT-oriented mindset – comfortable working with data and learning new tools (coding knowledge is a plus but not mandatory)
• Fluent in English;
