What will you do:

  • Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across diverse industries;
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop audit teams;
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables;
  • Play a key role in business development and client relationship management; 
  • Collaborate with professionals across audit, tax, and advisory departments;

What we are looking for:

  • You have at least 5 years' experience preferably in an audit firm;
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Economic Sciences, Mathematics;
  • Strong accounting skills, IFRS & local GAAP knowledge is required;
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • You combine analytical and synthesis skills with rigor and a structured approach;
  • Curious, autonomous, organized, and responsible, you have a strong team spirit and leadership qualities;
  • Your ability to manage teams, coordinating audit engagements while also mentoring and training junior team members;
  • Responsible for the planning and monitoring of an assigned client portfolio;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Romanian; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage;
  • A strong motivation for ongoing development & process improvement and a keen interest in client-facing responsibilities;
  • ACCA certification would be a plus.
