Responsabilități
- Identifici și generezi noi oportunități de business pe piața de ERP/CRM și soluții digitale.
- Creezi și gestionezi un pipeline solid de prospecți prin networking, evenimente de business și social selling.
- Prezinți și promovezi serviciile și soluțiile Soft Net Consulting în fața factorilor de decizie (C-level).
- Colaborezi cu Solution Architect și Directorul de Vânzări pentru definirea ofertelor comerciale.
- Negociezi și închizi contracte cu clienți noi, respectând marjele de profit stabilite.
- Monitorizezi piața, concurența și tendințele pentru a adapta strategia de hunting.
- Contribui la dezvoltarea imaginii companiei prin participarea activă la conferințe și evenimente de profil.
Cerințe
- Minimum 5 ani experiență în vânzări B2B, preferabil în domeniul software/ERP/CRM/IT services.
- Experiență dovedită în
hunting
și închiderea contractelor complexe cu clienți mari. - Portofoliu personal de contacte relevante (top management, directori financiari, IT, operaționali).
- Cunoștințe solide de business (procese financiare, operaționale, comerciale).
- Abilități excelente de negociere, comunicare și prezentare.
- Autonomie, orientare către rezultate și rezistență la presiune.
- Limba engleză – nivel avansat.
