Responsabilități

  • Identifici și generezi noi oportunități de business pe piața de ERP/CRM și soluții digitale.
  • Creezi și gestionezi un pipeline solid de prospecți prin networking, evenimente de business și social selling.
  • Prezinți și promovezi serviciile și soluțiile Soft Net Consulting în fața factorilor de decizie (C-level).
  • Colaborezi cu Solution Architect și Directorul de Vânzări pentru definirea ofertelor comerciale.
  • Negociezi și închizi contracte cu clienți noi, respectând marjele de profit stabilite.
  • Monitorizezi piața, concurența și tendințele pentru a adapta strategia de hunting.
  • Contribui la dezvoltarea imaginii companiei prin participarea activă la conferințe și evenimente de profil.

Cerințe

  • Minimum 5 ani experiență în vânzări B2B, preferabil în domeniul software/ERP/CRM/IT services.
  • Experiență dovedită în
    hunting
    și închiderea contractelor complexe cu clienți mari.
  • Portofoliu personal de contacte relevante (top management, directori financiari, IT, operaționali).
  • Cunoștințe solide de business (procese financiare, operaționale, comerciale).
  • Abilități excelente de negociere, comunicare și prezentare.
  • Autonomie, orientare către rezultate și rezistență la presiune.
  • Limba engleză – nivel avansat.
