Join Finastra's People Services team and make an impact

We deliver high-quality HR services across global locations, and we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Senior Associate to support our EMEA region. This role focuses on benefits administration, reporting, and HR input for payroll, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare monthly benefits reports and provide accurate HR input for payroll (e.g., enrollments, modifications, disenrollments).

  • Support audits and annual processes (e.g., UK P11D, vendor testing).

  • Liaise with benefit vendors and manage related invoices.

  • Respond to benefits queries via ServiceNow and act as an advisor.

  • Run HR reports and assist with payroll-related queries for Romania.

  • Contribute to projects such as open enrollment and vendor implementations.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ year in HR Operations, ideally with ServiceNow and Workday (or similar systems).

  • Benefits Knowledge: Familiarity with insured benefits (medical, dental, pensions) and invoice processing; UK/European experience is a plus.

  • Payroll Input: Previous exposure to HR-to-payroll processes; Romania knowledge is an advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation); PowerPoint basics.

  • Language: Fluent English (B2-C1); a second language is a bonus.

  • Personal Traits: Organised, inquisitive, tenacious, and employee-focused with strong communication skills.
