District Manager

Medical Business Unit

What are the responsibilities of the role?
- You will coordinate the activity of the medical promotion team in the assigned region, ensuring the effective implementation of Dr. Max's medical strategy.
- You will set clear objectives for each team member and for the entire region, constantly monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback.
- You will plan and conduct joint field visits with medical representatives, offering coaching, support, and continuous development.
- You will build and maintain trusted relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the assigned area, contributing to the brand image and positioning of Dr. Max.
- You will organize training and role-play sessions, actively contributing to the professional development of the team and enhancing medical expertise.
- You will collaborate with medical and marketing teams to align promotional messages and adapt them to regional specifics.
- You will analyze performance data (activity, recommendations, market feedback) and propose corrective or optimization actions where needed.
- You will monitor competitor activity and report relevant territorial information regarding product launches, therapeutic trends, and commercial opportunities.
- You will contribute to recruiting and onboarding new colleagues, ensuring an efficient transition and accelerated development within the team.
- You will participate in national strategic meetings and provide relevant field insights to optimize medical and commercial plans.
- You will be responsible for acquiring and continuously updating knowledge about promoted products (SmPCs, clinical studies, medical materials) and actively participate in training and professional development sessions.
- You will prepare periodic reports on activities carried out, customer feedback, and potential commercial opportunities, using internal reporting systems.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a team coordination role in medical promotion, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of medical promotion legislation and ethics, including the ARPIM Code and applicable local regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to efficiently plan and organize field team activities, managing priorities and resources strategically.
- Versatility and adaptability, capable of handling rapid changes.
- Courage to make decisions, support strategic initiatives, and represent the team in front of internal and external partners.
- Initiative and analytical thinking to interpret performance data and propose corrective or optimization actions.
- Proficiency in using digital reporting and analysis tools, with solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate to advanced English skills, necessary for communication with central teams and accessing medical materials.
- Category B driving license.
