Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 
Junior Developer / IT Consultant
 located in 
Timișoara
. The Junior Developer / IT Consultant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:

  • software development and programming,
  • working with databases,
  • configuring and customizing 
    Odoo ERP
    ,
  • collaborating with clients to understand their digitalization needs,
  • and ensuring IT best practices in security and infrastructure are followed.

The role involves working closely with experienced developers and consultants, supporting digital transformation projects, and contributing to the successful implementation of ERP and IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge or interest in 
    Information Technology, ERP systems, and Cybersecurity
  • Basic experience with 
    Software Development and Programming
     (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Familiarity with 
    Databases
     (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in 
    Timișoara
  • Bachelor's degree
     in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous exposure to 
    Odoo ERP
     or other ERP systems is a plus, but not mandatory
