If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Updates the local and fiscal group fixed assets register.
• Updates the depreciation according to the Autoliv Group fiscal and local rules.
• Record accounting notes in the accounting software
• Reconciliation the details of fixed assets with the balance sheet
• Prepares all reports related to fixed assets for the Finance department, management and state institutions.
• Supervises the process of scrapping fixed assets
• Supervises and controls the accounting records of in progress investments and investments advances.
• Enter the investment project number (CAPEX WBS) in AFIS
• Checking the budget, creating subdivisions of the investment (AHO split) and sending this information to the management program interface (SAP).
• Monitoring the implementation of the investment with the project managers
• Support monthly and annual closings.

And If You Have/are

• University degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Experience in ERP system, SAP would be considered as a plus;
• Strong knowledge and understanding of international accounting standards;
• Very good MS Office knowledge;
• Fluency in spoken and written English;
• Knowledge of the legislation in the financial and accounting field
