IT Technical Project Manager.

About the job

We are currently looking for a team-oriented and proactive
IT Technical Project Manager
for the
implementation of IT projects
.

In this role, you will combine the skills of a Project Manager with strong IT technical expertise and ability to describe how the solution should be designed and implemented from an IT perspective.

Main Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end delivery of IT projects
, from requirements gathering to successful implementation, go-live and support activities

Conduct business analysis
to understand processes,
identify improvement opportunities
, describe into functional and technical requirements

Collaborate with external partners, subcontractors, and technology providers to
design and
implement innovative IT solutions

Supervises
, by providing common and repeatable processes according to the project methodology, the correct
implementation of the projects
/ programs for which he is responsible

Participates in
periodic project portfolio analysis

Periodic
reporting on projects
, including financial parameters

Organizing and planning resources
according to the approved purpose of the project

Development of
a
project plan
that would allow both the execution of the project and its monitoring

Monitors the risks of the project
in accordance with the risk procedure currently in place and with the risk management plan approved

Follows the realization of deliverables
in accordance with the project documentation and with the approved contractual clauses

Identifies and proposes
the
methodology
according to which the project will be carried out;

Assign tasks to project team members

Monitors projects
and
prepares regular status reports
to delivery and company management;

Facilitates communication between project participants

Manages the relationship with the partners involved in the project, within the approved contractual framework

Maintains project management best practices in projects

Experience

Minimum
4 -5 years of experience in coordinating
the implementation of relevant
business applications, software, consultancy or mixed projects

Experience with both public sector and private sector projects
- experience in Energy & Utilities related projects is considered a plus

Experience in projects with technologies like Salesforce
(Sales/Marketing/Customer Service), integration middleware (Tibco/Mulesoft/WSO2) - portals would be considered a plus

Experience working in tandem with the Sales
Department in presales and offering processes is considered a major plus.

Previous experience as Team leader
for a mid-sized teams, including company personnel and partners

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
: IT or related field

Project management qualification:
PMP certification/ PRINCE2 Practitioner/Certified scrum master

Excellent knowledge
of IT, software implementation and system integrations

Demonstrated understanding of
Project and Contract Management processes, strategies, and methods

Knowledge of planning, cost estimation / control, risk management, resource planning

Ability to
design, manage and improve the P&L
of a project

Ability to
identify and secure evolutions
to the initial Scope of Work in a project

MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel): advanced level

Excellent English communication (both technical and business)

Customer-focused
with strong client relationship skills

Great communicator with excellent Influencing skills
