Are you passionate about driving measurable results in the tech industry? ASSIST Software is looking for a mid-senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead SEO, paid campaigns, and B2B growth initiatives. You'll combine creative and analytical skills to promote our AI & software development services, generate leads, and drive measurable business results.
You'll work closely with marketers, developers, product teams, and sales to turn complex technical topics into engaging marketing content.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning
: Develop digital marketing strategies for B2B tech products and services; define KPIs and maximize ROI. - SEO (On-site & Off-site
): Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, keywords, content, crawlability, page speed, backlink management/disavowal, Cookie Consent Mode V2, technical audits (using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) and AI-driven SEO optimization. - Paid Campaigns
: Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads; handle GTM/GA4 setup; Ad creative & copywriting; Budget management and bidding strategies; Creation of tactical plans for clients; Campaign management and optimization; reporting (DataLooker Studio); Server-side tracking (optional). - Content & Social Media
: Collaborate with teams to turn technical topics into engaging content; manage social media and email marketing; monitor industry trends and competitors. - Analysis & Reporting
: Track campaign performance with GA4, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity; deliver insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing for B2B tech products and services.
- Expertise in SEO (on-site & off-site), SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with AI-driven optimization tools or willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical skills with GA4, GTM, SEMrush (or similar).
- Creativity in copywriting and content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English (C1+).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

with your application.
Extra skills:
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma preferred).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), (e.g., Drupal).
- Knowledge of German (B2 level or higher) is a plus.
- Experience with AI marketing tools is a plus.
