Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, PPC) and analyze performance to recommend improvements.
• Create and adapt engaging content (in both Romanian and English) for the website, social media, newsletters, and sales materials.
• Support the design and development of promotional assets such as brochures, presentations, banners, and short videos — contributing both to copy and visual creation.
• Promote IT products and services through effective communication and commercial activation tactics.

Event Planning & Participation

• Take an active role in planning, organizing, and participating in company events — from local promotional actions to internal team initiatives.
• Ensure logistics and smooth execution of all marketing-related activities, including order management, document centralization, and archiving marketing materials.
• Maintain and regularly update the inventory of marketing materials and resources.
• Support the implementation of the annual marketing calendar and contribute to the overall organization of the department's activities.

Operational Support & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, HR, and technical teams to ensure the efficient implementation of marketing strategies and the development of joint initiatives and materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize communication strategies.
• Maintain and update lead and partner databases, ensuring accurate records and efficient communication.
• Contribute to the overall organization of marketing operations and help maintain a positive and consistent internal communication flow.

Qualifications - General

• Previous experience in marketing, promotion, or communication — ideally in a B2B or IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, content marketing, PPC campaigns).
• Experience using visual editing platforms such as Canva/CapCut/Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and platform-appropriate messages.
• Ability to create engaging and relevant content for both marketing campaigns and internal/external communications.
• Solid understanding of market analysis and partner research to identify growth opportunities and optimize communication strategies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) — intermediate to advanced level for communication with international partners and clients.
• Team-oriented mindset, with strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude.

Advantage

• Experience in e-commerce or a solid understanding of the sales process and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with IT technologies, direct marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
