O zi obisnuita ar decurge astfel:- Propui, identifici, creezi si obtii rapoarte pentru evaluarea comportamentului clientilor Nespresso, B2B si B2C, a vanzarilor si a campaniilor pentru clienti.
- Realizezi prezentari interne privind rezultatele campaniilor.
- Evaluezi Best Practices CRM disponibile la nivel international si coordonezi activitatea pentru obtinerea de rapoarte si insight-uri relevante pe plan local.
- Oferi sprijin inpropunerea, gestionarea și evaluarea calendarului anual cu activitati CRM:promotii si campanii pentru reactivare, prevenire inactivare, crestere frecventa, crestere comanda de cafea, loializare etc.
- Setezi mecanismele promotionale in Neosoft.
- Oferi sprijin catre B2C & CRM Manager la estimarea de volume si de KPIs de CRM la nivel de luna.
- Realizezi analiza competitiva si cercetarile de piata pentru a identifica oportunitati de crestere.
- Monitorizezi tendintele din industrie si comportamentul consumatorilor pentru a sustine planificarea strategica.
- Construiesti rapoarte in sistemul de gestionare a bazei de date (SAP HANA, Snowflake, Knime, Power BI) si sprijini departamentele Nespresso.
- Foarte bune cunostinte MS Office: Excel, Power Point
- Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza
- Cunostinte SQL, BI
- Studii superioare finalizate
- Cunoasterea / intelegerea principiilor de marketing
