We're on the hunt for a strategic and analytical Senior Media Buyer to join our Bucharest office.

You'll lead the charge in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

Your insights will shape our clients' success, and your creativity will fuel their growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
  • Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
  • Build media plans aligned with client goals and budgets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success
  • Monitor campaign health and troubleshoot issues proactively
  • Report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Communicate regularly via Zoom for daily, weekly, and monthly updates

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (charts, trends, reports)
  • Solid understanding of Google Sheets (formatting, exporting)
  • Comfortable using Gmail/G Suite for professional communication
  • Fluent in Romanian and English
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and Zoom fluency
