DevOps Engineer - Security Team

The Opportunity
SecDevOps Engineer is a member of Cyber Platforms Team in an international context of Cyber Defense Center (CDC). The team has to implement and maintain new technologies and tools aimed at security for Worldline's defense.

Develop and update Playbooks (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) to automate the deployment and maintenance of CDC Security Stack tools (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, etc.).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Improve through automation, the pipeline from development to operations (CI/CD) and all operations on the service.
• Participate and validate service designs and changes, with the mission to ensure that quality of operations will remain at the proper level.
• Develop automation playbooks for modern technologies (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, etc.) to support Security Operations, using scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell, bash, etc.);
• Build new playbooks based on Use Cases and Alerts generated by SIEM and connected systems to match the new shifting of tactics and methods used by attackers;
• Be part of the design and architecture of CDC Platforms (e.g. SIEM, EDR, SOAR, VMS);
• Propose application related evolutions to improve service and deliver quality.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, including procedures, runbooks and best practices.
• Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., PCI, ISO, GDPR, DORA, NISv2, etc.).
• Security Integration: Integrate security practices into the DevOps workflow, ensuring security considerations are included in the design, development, deployment, and operational processes..
• Continuous Service Improvement for existing technologies and tools, by reviewing Use Cases, Alerts and Correlations and applying Lessons Learned;

Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps.
• 3+ years of experience in programming languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience working in a DevOps team and a basic understanding of SecOps, compliance, mitigation, and analysis.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture designs and integrations between multiple systems that are interconnected.
• Hands on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.) and IaC (infrastructure as code) technologies (git, ansible, terraform, puppet, etc.) developing and updating playbooks.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
