mehr als 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Data Science-Projekten
, vorzugsweise mit Textdaten und entsprechenden Sprachmodellen. Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich, und Deutschkenntnisse wären von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

  • Anwendung von Deep Learning-Ansätzen wie (Bi-)LSTM und Transformer-basierten Modellen auf NLP-Produkte für interne Kunden der Deutschen Telekom Gruppe
  • Vorbereitung von Trainings- und Evaluierungspipelines und Anwendung modernster Machine Learning-Ansätze zur Verbesserung von Prozessen in Finanzen (Controlling, Treasury, Accounting), Beschaffung, HR und anderen Abteilungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Implementierung von Prototypen innovativer neuronaler Netzwerkanwendungen in Python
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsseite, einschließlich aktiver Beteiligung an Kundenworkshops, Meetings und Calls, Erklärung technischer Punkte für Geschäftskollegen
  • Teilnahme an Team-Brainstorming-Sitzungen, Code-Reviews und Pair-Programming-Sessions
  • Arbeit mit verschiedenen Tools und Technologien je nach Anwendungsfall, wie SAP, Scikit-learn, Keras, Spacy, Docker, Kubernetes, Flask, Tesseract und BI-Dashboard-Tools
  • Identifizierung möglicher Anwendungsfälle für Automatisierung und Data Science, innovative Ideen sind willkommen

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen
*Data Scientist
mit fundiertem Fachwissen in NLP und maschinellem Lernen, insbesondere mit Transformer-basierten Modellen und LSTMs. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über ausgeprägte Python-Programmierkenntnisse, Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftspartnern und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Muss-Kriterien

  • Mehr als 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Data-Science-Projekten, vorzugsweise mit Textdaten und entsprechenden Sprachmodellen
  • Ausgeprägte Programmierkenntnisse in Python
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit APIs
  • Kenntnisse von Deep-Learning-Ansätzen wie (Bi-)LSTM und Transformer-basierten Modellen für NLP
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Denkfähigkeiten
  • Systematische Arbeitsweise
