Position Summary
The Sales Consultant – Europe is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing key customer relationships across assigned European territories. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on sales execution, working closely with distributors, specifiers, and project stakeholders to position ASI Alpaco as the preferred solution provider.
The position reports to the European Sales Director and requires frequent travel within the assigned region.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with European growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, architects, contractors, and end users.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, with a strong focus on long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Actively promote ASI Group Europe's full product portfolio, including washroom accessories, toilet partitions, lockers, and specialty products.
Specification & Project Support
- Drive product specification with architects, consultants, and designers.
- Support projects from early specification through tender, award, and execution.
- Provide technical and commercial guidance to stakeholders in coordination with internal technical and project teams.
Distributor & Partner Management
- Support and develop distributor networks across the assigned territory.
- Deliver product training, sales tools, and joint business plans with partners.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure brand consistency and pricing discipline.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
- Provide regular reports and insights to European management.
Representation & Brand Presence
- Represent ASI Group Europe at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events (e.g., ISH, regional trade shows).
- Act as a professional brand ambassador, reinforcing ASI Group Europe's values of quality, reliability, and design leadership.

- Revenue growth vs. target in assigned territory
- New account acquisition and specification wins
- Pipeline value and forecast accuracy
- Distributor performance and engagement
- Customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials, construction products, or architectural solutions.
- Proven track record in specification-driven sales and project-based environments.
- Experience working with distributors and multi-country territories is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a European sales organization.
- Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline and time management.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within Europe.
Languages
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Additional European languages (French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian) are a strong asset.
