Căutăm un
inginer cu experiență practică în lucrări de construcții civile
, care vrea să lucreze într-o echipă serioasă și stabilă, pe proiecte reale — de la fundație până la finisaje.

Ce vei face:

  • Vei urmări și coordona lucrările pe șantier (termosistem, hidroizolații, tencuieli, finisaje, structuri etc.)
  • Vei planifica activitățile zilnice și vei superviza echipele de execuție
  • Vei ține legătura cu furnizorii, subcontractorii și beneficiarii
  • Vei verifica calitatea și ritmul lucrărilor, conform proiectului și normativelor
  • Vei întocmi situații de lucrări, devize și rapoarte tehnice

Ce căutăm:

  • Experiență minim 5 ani în construcții civile (blocuri, clădiri rezidențiale/comerciale, hale etc.)
  • Cunoștințe solide în termosistem, hidrosistem, finisaje, structură și organizare de șantier
  • Studii superioare tehnice (Construcții Civile)
  • Cunoștințe bune de AutoCAD, MS Office și programe de devize
  • Permis categoria B — pentru deplasări între șantiere
  • Atitudine responsabilă, implicare și dorință de creștere profesională
