Procurement Specialist

About the role:

As a
Procurement Specialist,
you will lead sourcing, tendering, and contracting activities that deliver real value. If you're strategic, hands-on, and skilled at working with stakeholders, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an international, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

Support category strategy development and turn it into actionable sourcing plans;

Manage end-to-end tender processes: from RFI/RFQ prep to supplier selection and negotiation;

Draft and finalize contracts (Framework Agreements, Statements of Work), ensuring smooth approvals;

Track and report procurement value (cost savings, TCO improvements);

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers;

Support contract in-life management, including disputes, changes, and renewals.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, procurement, or related field;

Previous procurement experience in an international service environment;

Skilled in sourcing, negotiation, and total cost analysis;

Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager;

Comfortable with numbers, data, and procurement tools;

Fluent in English (spoken & written).
