Brand Manager
Hematology – Oncology, based in Bucharest

YOUR ROLE
will be to partner with the specialty doctors, helping them resolve treatment barriers and inspiring them to provide the best health solutions for the patients. You will be involved in transformation of hematology & oncology patient care in Romania and will contribute to further success and growth of Swixx Biopharma in the country. Develop key strategies, plans and tactics for the assigned product portfolio driving clear brand messaging. Develop and drive the implementation marketing promotional & communication initiatives.

• Experience in managing multiple products and related projects, including multichannel activities.
• A high level of passion for growth and business acumen as well as accountability for commitments that align with our short and long-term goals.
• Oversee and support implementation of Swixx and its Partners marketing strategy and marketing plans (pre-launch and post-launch, as applicable) by providing marketing leadership and insights
• Elaborate and propose the proper marketing strategy for each product of the assigned portfolio.
• Understand market dynamics and competitive environment and adjust activities and marketing plans accordingly, effectively analyze market trends / dynamics in order to build an optimal brand strategy
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports as per requirements, in format and within timelines defined by Company management and/or Partners
• Use regularly marketing multichannel tools in daily practice and supports the implementation of the integrated multichannel marketing campaigns
• Identify barriers and opportunities for the relevant and specific disease area through deep customer insight and local knowledge
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with the health care professionals, key customers, patient associations and healthcare institutions
• Effectively cooperates and communicates with Swixx corporate functions and Swixx Partners.
• Ensure full compliance in implementation of professional activities and enhances good image of Swixx BioPharma.

YOUR PROFILE

Education

• University degree – preferable medicine, life science or marketing management

Previous experience

At least 10 years' experience on sales and marketing positions in pharma industry, preferably in multinational company

• Experience in Hematology and Oncology field will be taken as an advantage
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing hematology field is a strong advantage
• Successful experience in working in highly matrixes commercial environment and managing a highly visible product, business or major project

Expertise and knowledge

Scientific information and health economic data and insights management

• A valid driving license - category B
• Fluency in English
• Good computer literacy

Skills

Leadership mindset, flexibility and self-drive

• Strategic thinking, result focus and urgency to act
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
