Digital Quality Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented
Digital Quality Analyst
to join our CRAFT Team. The Digital Quality Analyst should ensure the flawless execution of our digital campaigns for a key client in the beauty sector. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to check the quality of all master materials, including multi-market assets and localizations, before they are delivered to the client or deployed to media channels. Beyond quality checks, you will take on a range of tasks and responsibilities to support the smooth operation of our digital production workflow.

What you'll do:

• Participate in ensuring that assigned projects adhere to agreed-upon functional specifications and applicable quality assurance standards.
• Work under the guidance of the Digital Project Managers, creatives and developers to achieve the desired level of aesthetic quality and technical accuracy of deliverables (e.g., digital display banners, static and HTML ads, PDPs, various display ads, social assets).
• Maintain awareness of project schedules and deadlines to deliver work within expected timelines.
• Test deliverables on platforms (e.g. DV360 or Litmus) to optimize performance.
• Create test scenarios/cases based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with the internal studios and external parties to achieve technical quality for all deliverables.
• Execute test cases and analyze results.
• Document, track, and verify bugs and fixes in assigned projects.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Assist in defining new tools for use in quality assessment.
• Manage digital assets, ensuring proper organization, tagging, and storage, functioning as a "digital librarian" to maintain the integrity and accessibility of all project materials.
• Perform quality checks on digital assets (images, videos, documents) uploaded to the Enterprise Content Framework and/or DAM system.
• Validate metadata accuracy, taxonomy tagging, and asset naming conventions.
• Ensure all assets meet brand, copyright, and format guidelines before publishing or distribution.

What you need:

• 2+ years of experience in manual testing in emailing and display projects (e-commerce assets).
• Experience developing, documenting, and implementing quality assurance standards.
• Knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
• Strong experience with delivery platforms for display and Data Asset Management (DAM tools); Adobe Experience Manager tools or similar.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated positive, results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Being able to work in custom project management tools for end-to-end workflow. (e.g. Jira or Trello, Adobe tools)

What is considered a plus:

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in testing responsive designs across various devices and browsers.
• Experience with localization testing and ensuring cultural appropriateness of digital assets.
