Process Consultant - Core Banking  (BH,Senior role, 100% work from office)

Location: Bucharest

We are recruiting for a global technology and IT services company that offers a diverse range of digital solutions and consulting services to clients across various industries. Operating in over 90 countries, it's focusing on technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud services, and more. The available position is for #Process Consultant - Core Banking 

Requirements:

  • Analyzing, designing, and optimizing core banking processes to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. 
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing core banking processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
  • Design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including process maps, procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in core banking.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on process improvement initiatives and outcomes.

Requirements:

· Banking-Specific Expertise: Experience in large-scale CBS implementations, with deep understanding of banking front, middle and back office processes and familiarity with core banking and associated systems, included but not limited to payments, branch banking, retail and commercial banking, finance and mortgages.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.

· Experience: 10+ years in banking transformation roles, with at least 7+ years focused on banking process improvements. Demonstrated success in CBS implementations or large-scale banking system rollouts.

· Certifications: PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable. Banking-specific qualifications (e.g., Certifications in CBS solutions like Finacle, Temenos, or SAP Banking) are a plus.
