Exercitarea atributiilor si asumarea responsabilitatilor functiei Auditor Intern in conformitate cu prevederile legale.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Elaboreaza si propune spre aprobare Consiliului de Administratie si Comitetului de Audit planul de audit anual;
  • Realizeaza misiunilor de audit intern conform planului de audit anual;
  • Analizeaza procedurile administratorului si testeaza eficacitatea sistemelor de control intern si de administrare a riscurilor referitoare la procesele auditate cu ocazia misiunilor intreprinse;
  • Asigura respectarea prevederilor legale, conform actelor aplicabile, referitor la procesele auditate cu ocazia misiunilor intreprinse;
  • Intocmeste rapoartele anuale/semestriale de audit si le supune informarii si aprobarii Comitetului de Audit si Consiliului de Administratie.Acestea sunt trimise catre A.S.F, conform prevederilor legislative;
  • Efectueaza procesul de follow-up al masurilor emise si intocmeste rapoartele de follow-up semestriale pe care le supune informarii Comitetului de Audit si Consiliului de Administratie al SAI RAM;

Cerinte:

  • Facultate de specialitate(profil economic);
  • Certificarii de specialitate CIA/ ACCA/ CECCAR/ CAFR/ ASPAAS.
  • Ocuparea functiei este conditionata de detinerea certificarii de membru CAFR si ASPAAS
  • Experienta profesionala relevanta de cel putin 3 ani pe piata de capital, administrare fonduri de pensii/investitii-reprezinta un avantaj
  • Cunoasterea legislatiei privind fondurile de investitii si de pensii
  • Cunostinte solide privind legislatia in vigoare despre domeniul financiar-contabil
  • Acuratete, judecata critica si scepticism profesional in analizarea activitatii companiei
  • Limba engleza scris si vorbit – nivel avansat.
