SIP – Information and Production System
What is the SIP infrastructure:
This infrastructure enables interconnection between our administration network and the client network for all Di2C administrators.

The SIP infrastructure is designed to provide all the essential tools for managing and securing our operations (AD, DNS, Firewall, Antivirus, Monitoring, Patch management, etc.).

It is the core network and infrastructure of Di2C.

Overview:
The SIP infrastructure supports a wide range of client services, spanning from security and identity management to monitoring and user interaction platforms. Key components include identity governance, bastion host deployment, and system monitoring using
Prometheus
.

In addition to these core services, the SIP environment also encompasses tools for:

• Ticketing system management
• User portal administration
• Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems
• Different area network (SMG for internal, SMHG for external)

Responsibilities and Missions:
The team is primarily responsible for providing and managing the server infrastructure, which includes:

• MCO (Operational Maintenance) and MCS (Security Maintenance) for OS Linux(majority)/Windows
• Incident, change, and problem management related to infrastructure
• Management of hardware and software obsolescence
• Infrastructure redesign and NTP infrastructure migration
• Creation and management of PTU accounts
• System obsolescence handling
• Firewalls and switches
• Site-to-site VPNs

Core Infrastructure Supporting Administration and ITSM Tools :

• Hysio Watch (supervision), Hysio Services (ITSM), uCMDB,
• Antivirus, NetBackup, Discovery, Cesam, Artifactory (SMG / SMHG / ZSA), GitLab (SMG / SMHG / ZSA)

The SIP working on three data centers, DC (Élancourt), DC2 (Toulouse) DC5 (TH3)
