En 2021, PIRIOU a renforcé sa présence industrielle avec l'acquisition du chantier ATG Romania, situé sur le Danube.  

Nous recherchons, pour cette filiale, son futur Manager Technique Chaudronnerie H/F



Description du poste

Vos missions principales :

  • Accompagner et superviser les équipes de chantier dans les activités de chaudronnerie.
  • Soutenir les équipes dans la compréhension et la mise en œuvre des dossiers techniques transmis par la maison mère.
  • Veiller à la qualité des réalisations tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue de la productivité et des méthodes de travail.

Proposer et participer aux actions d'amélioration de la sécurité.

Assister le Chantier

  • dans exploitation des dossiers transmis par PING et Chantiers Piriou pour s'assurer de la bonne compréhension et de la bonne application des procédures et exigences.
  • la gestion de la production pour les métiers qui le concerne afin de respecter les contraintes de délais, de coûts et de qualité.
  • La gestion de la conformité
  • La gestion et la réalisation des contrôles et essai

Réaliser avec le responsable atelier:

  • Participer à l'établissement des divers plannings, simulations et chiffrages nécessaires.
  • Participer au suivi hebdomadaire de l'avancement en collaboration avec le personnel encadrant, les éventuels sous-traitants, etc.
  • Proposer toutes actions d'amélioration permettant d'atteindre ces objectifs.

Conseiller et piloter le personnel encadrant pour le suivi des engagements en termes de temps de production.

Proposer des solutions de réparations si nécessaire

Superviser la préparation des travaux de sa spécialité en s'assurant, de l'exactitude des plans d'industrialisation, de la disponibilité des équipements et de la conformité des équipements qu'il va faire mettre en œuvre.

Proposer une répartition du travail au chef d'atelier dans le souci constant d'efficience.

Faire des propositions chiffrées d'amélioration du matériel et de l'outil de production.

Contribuer personnellement à la formation de ses équipes: transfert de savoir-faire, déploiement des bonnes pratiques, formations ponctuelles suite aux plans d'actions (sécurité, qualité, etc.).



Profil recherché

Expérience dans les domaines de la chaudronnerie : 10 ans d'expérience minimum ou expérience significative.

Expérience dans le domaine de la construction navale indispensable.

Anglais technique indispensable, Roumain apprécié.

Le poste nécessite d'avoir :

  • de la rigueur;
  • un esprit et une démarche fédérateurs dans l'atteinte des objectifs.

d'être capable de :

  • Anticiper les méthodes, les moyens et les ressources de fabrication d'un chantier naval, et de contrôler les avancements ;
  • Etre méthodique et rigoureux.

de connaitre :

  • Les techniques de construction navale.
  • L'encadrement d'une équipe ;
