TP Romania is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Legal & Privacy, Risk and Compliance Manager
. This role will be responsible for commercial development of the companies in Romania and the security of their activities by carrying out the following main missions:

  • Draft, negotiate, and oversee a wide variety of contracts—often in English—including confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, B2B service agreements, data processing agreements, supplier contracts (e.g., IT services, commercial leases), and intra-group agreements, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Review and analyze legal documents and both public and private tender offers to ensure compliance with the Group's legal and data protection requirements.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to sales, procurement, and support teams, offering practical and solution-oriented guidance.
  • Contribute to data protection and compliance initiatives, such as maintaining the processing register, managing risk assessments, and supporting internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 27701, ISO
  • Monitor legal developments and regulatory changes, assess their impact, and actively engage with industry associations.
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions for operational, sales, and support teams on legal matters and regulatory updates.
  • Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters and support the collections department in resolving outstanding payments.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Law, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in similar roles.
  • Business-oriented and operationally focused, with strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a high level of rigor, autonomy, commitment, and discretion.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and prioritization skills, initiative, and the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Word features, and ideally experienced with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level.
