Job Description

Main objective of the job:

• Creates automated reports for projects using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools like SSMS, SSIS, Power BI, Cloud, SQL Server.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Interprets and implements KPIs, real values compared with target values;
• Designing and developing reports and dashboards based on our data sources to support our program needs, modeling of structured and unstructured data solutions together with our internal IT experts.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Investigate opportunities for data driven automation of our tools and reporting
• Automation of interdepartmental reporting tools;
• Ensures technical support and configuration for SQL DB;
• Updates information in the databases;
• Maintains up to date all automated implemented reports;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies:

• University Diploma
• High school Diploma

Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: English
• Working knowledge of Report configuration with expertise in Power BI Cloud, Dataflow, Dataset and Reports
• Database knowledge/management (e.g. MSSQL/Oracle/MYSQL)
• Understanding of data modelling using multiple sources (e.g. jira and SolMan)/Highly Data visualization skills
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of reporting and ticketing tools;
• Knowledge with call center KPI's (e.g. Genesys);
• Highly responsible and able to work under tight deadlines;
• Customer orientation and solution focus;
• Keep up with new technologies and programming languages;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel would be benefical;
• Automation of data extraction using (SSIS) would be benefical;
• Ability to understand standard Data structures from standard API is advantageous;
• Programming knowledge (e.g.: ASP.NET, Php, HTML, C#, Python) is advantageous;
