Job Description:

The CCDM Subject Matter Expert represents the needs of the business for the process and capability across multiple countries and collaborates with the operational teams, IT, and business stakeholders to gather the business requirements, supporting the design and executing the vision.

Is also responsible for defining the vision – the 'what' and why' based on Strategic business outcomes (EBOs) and Collaborate with IT to deliver on the EBOs.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for business and system needs.
  • Manage testing, deployment, and change requests; ensure successful delivery and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with IT and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive enhancements.
  • Contribute to process improvements, planning, and performance analysis.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to partners and internal stakeholders on process-related inquiries.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, focusing on key metrics, KPIs, business outcomes, and strategic topics.
  • Lead change management efforts related to process and tool updates, ensuring smooth adoption across partner and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain a seamless end-to-end operational workflow.
  • Monitor process KPIs proactively to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Follow up with partners on required actions related to sellout reporting and contra payouts to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of business processes, system architecture, and software development concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with system deployment and transformation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
