Misiune:
Acorda suportul necesar fortei de vanzari, in vederea asigurarii unor servicii de calitate oferite cu maximum de operativitate clientilor din Grupuri Institutii Financiare, urmarind permanent obtinerea celui mai inalt grad de satisfactie a clientilor.
Principalele responsabilități:
- Vei fi responsabil/ă de colectarea tuturor documentelor și informațiilor necesare în vederea determinării profilului de risc al clientului, precum și în procesul de revizuire periodică al acestuia
- Pregătești diverse cereri legate de activități zilnice diverse (solicitări de corecții a diverse înregistrări în sistemul informatic; informări legate de îndeplinirea/neîndeplinirea unor condiții aprobate, etc)
- Urmărești pro-activ în scop preventiv evoluția portofoliului de credit gestionat, în colaborare cu Managerul de Relații, structurile din Divizia Risc și Operațiuni
- Interoghezi bazele de date CIP, CRC, site-ul MR, Arhiva Electronică, portalul Ministerului de Justitite pentru obținerea informațiilor obligatorii în vederea întocmirii dosarului de analiză, în vederea finanțării
- Întocmești analiza financiară și calitativă a clienților atunci când aceasta activitate este delegată de către Managerul de Relații Clienți
- Post aprobare credit: Pregătești documentația necesară implementării facilitaților de credit/garanție în colaborare cu Relationship Manager-ul
- Oferi suport în organizarea anumitor evenimente/campanii pentru client, cu focus pe produsele de creditare
- Participi la unele întâlniri cu clienții, după caz
- Desfășori activități legate de arhivarea documentelor aferente tranzacțiilor efectuate de clienți
- Desfășori activități legate de diferite operatiuni aferente tranzacțiilor efectuate de clienți
Condiții minime de eligibilitate:
- Studii superioare finalizate sau în curs de finalizare
- Cunoștințe în domeniul financiar
- Limba engleză fluent scris și vorbit
- Cunoștințe și capacitatea de aplicare corespunzătoare a reglementărilor legale în vigoare referitoare la cunoașterea clientelei, prevenirea și combaterea riscurilor de spălare a banilor și finanțare a terorismului.

- Aptitudini de vânzare
- Capacitatea de a lucra independent dar și în echipa
- Aptitudini foarte bune de relaționare și comunicare
- Spirit analitic și structurat
