- University degree, preferably in economic field;

- Project management skills;
- Excellent understanding of business and economics with an interest and passion for entrepreneurship, non-profit organizations and initiatives with social impact;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage diverse activities;
- Flexibility, adaptability and a proactive attitude towards challenges;
- Great team-player with a positive attitude and initiative-taking, in line with the core values that drive the Social Banking team; Proficiency in English and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Job description
How you will contribute:
- Provides support in the development and implementation of projects which aim to educate and upscale non-profits, non-governmental organizations, social enterprises and businesses with impact, ensuring alignment with set objectives and values;
- Monitors projects' progress, ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and address and resolve issues that may arise during project implementation; Evaluates and communicates the impact of projects by drafting presentations, reports, recommendations and analyzing potential avenues for improvement and development;
- Conducts internal and external research related to Social Banking initiatives in order to identify the specific needs of clients who strive to provide social impact in society;
- Provides support in the development of banking products and tailor-made financing solutions for NGOs and impact-driven businesses;
- Ensures reports of the Social Banking portfolio of clients to ensure alignment with impact goals.
