Jobwell is recruiting an
HR Manager
whom will play a key role in shaping people strategy and culture for a company located in Timisoara, Romania.

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring that the teams are engaged, motivated, and set up for success. In this role, you will not only manage core HR processes but also drive initiatives that foster growth, collaboration, and innovation across the company.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or Law).
  • Experience in HR strategies and managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and HR processes.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency and/or other language.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience with digital HR applications.

Nice to have:

  • HR certifications or other specialized trainings.
  • Experience in organizational transformation or cultural change projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies.
  • Lead HR processes and fair work environment.
  • Manage internal regulations, and the organizational structure in compliance with legislation.
  • Advise and support department managers on HR-related decisions and practices.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to management (e.g. Workforce KPIs, turnover, compensation and benefits analysis).
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and authorities.
  • Oversee employee motivation, reward and benefits, fostering respect and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR procedures and policies.
  • Safeguard confidentiality of employee's data.
  • Promote the company image and organizational culture.
