On behalf of our client, a prestigious manufacturing company, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Finance Manager to join their team in Timișoara.

This is a key strategic role within the organization, responsible for
coordinating all financial operations
, ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations, and supporting sustainable business growth through sound financial management and analysis.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the Finance Department, ensuring the efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines, standards, and internal procedures;
  • Develop and implement financial policies aligned with company goals;
  • Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial planning to optimize company performance;
  • Ensure compliance with national and international financial regulations and reporting standards;
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making;
  • Supervise financial reporting, audits, and communication with external institutions;
  • Develop, coach, and motivate the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.


Ideal Profile:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or postgraduate studies preferred);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial management or coordination role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments;
  • Advanced knowledge of financial legislation and reporting standards;
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills;
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office;
  • Excellent command of English (French is an advantage).
