We're looking for a We're looking for an
Engineering Delivery Manager
to lead complex engineering initiatives, align teams and stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery from idea to production.

Responsibilities:

  • Own technical delivery across the full engineering lifecycle
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements
  • Define and structure delivery strategy and execution plans
  • Control technical debt and manage subcontracting/co-engineering activities
  • Enable collaboration across engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Act as quality gatekeeper for engineering solutions delivered to customers
  • Work closely with customers to ensure value and trust
  • Contribute to future product evolution
  • Deliver complex, high-stakes engineering projects

Profile:

  • Engineering or Computer Science degree
  • 5+ years in technical leadership roles (Engineering Manager, Tech/IT PM, Software Engineering Manager)
  • Motivated to lead engineering teams in complex, high-impact environments
  • Strong customer mindset with solid stakeholder communication
  • Comfortable coaching teams and driving performance through collaboration
  • Naturally persuasive, confident decision-maker
  • Improvement-driven and results-oriented

Competencies:

  • Validate technical deliverables (requirements, architecture, engineering choices)
  • Lead end-to-end engineering delivery with visibility on risks, constraints, and trade-offs
  • Drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Make decisions under uncertainty and shifting priorities
  • Facilitate workshops to clarify scope, requirements, and dependencies
  • Hands-on with delivery and change management tools (e.g. JIRA)
  • Strong experience in risk management and mitigation
  • Exposure to best practices via professional or PM communities

Nice to Have

  • Project Management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, equivalent)
  • Experience with SaaS product environments
  • Background in Agile, Lean, or leadership frameworks
  • French is a plus
