Job Description

Digital Managed Services is seeking exceptional candidates who are looking for an exciting career as a Delivery Manager for Digital solutions delivered by Digital Professional Services (Kalypso).

As a Delivery Manager, you will be part of our Managed Services team. You will own operations and the day-to-day management of multiple projects, ensuring the quality of work produced meets the client's business needs and priorities.

You will report to Senior Manager, Digital Services.

Responsibilities - you will do:

• Continuously maintain quality delivery on all support projects and services.
• Maintain a good relationship with all clients.
• Handle the executional ambiguities with diligence and comes with workable solutions.
• Lead the process and outcomes for resolving client issues.
• Manage the use of resources among the support contracts.
• Generate and maintain various practice-level reports, records, and documentation of practice activities.
• Expected to help the resources in their career growth.
• Support the monitoring and scheduling of daily activities of support teams.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management and implement the organization expectation with the teams.

Basic Qualifications - you will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or computer science
• 3+ years professional delivery experience.
• Collaboration capabilities
• Experience in one of the major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, etc.
• Experience with business requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions
• Fluent English.

You might also have:

• Prior consulting and support experience working within manufacturing and/or IoT domains
• Proficiency using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management principles and practices
• Familiarity with issue-tracking tools (i.e. Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, ServiceNow, etc)
• Familiarity with roadmap and planning tools
• Experience leading varied, diverse and distributed teams
• Experience working with PLM and/or IoT systems
• Understanding cloud platforms and cloud IoT tools.
