We are supporting one of our key clients, a leading company in the automotive industry, in recruiting an experienced
Industrialization Manager
to oversee mold and machine engineering activities within their plastic injection unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of
engineers specializing in mold industrialization and industrial engineering. - Collaborate with global mold engineering centers to validate robust mold designs and ensure smooth transfer into production.
- Define, coordinate, and implement industrialization action plans in partnership with the toolshop, production, and tooling teams.
- Drive machine engineering activities: select technologies, manage equipment upgrades, and lead workshops up to production launch.
- Ensure delivery of complete industrialization documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Profile & Requirements
- Engineering degree with 10+ years of experience in mold development and industrialization.
- Strong leadership background in cross-functional and international environments.
- Solid understanding of both R&D and production constraints.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
