Hier kommst DU ins Spiel.

Wir suchen eine überzeugende und empathische Persönlichkeit, die potenzielle Kunden erneut anspricht, ihre Bedenken versteht und ein "Nein, danke" in ein "Ja, ich bin dabei" verwandeln kann.

Deine Aufgaben

Aus "Nein" wird "Ja": Wenn ein Kunde unser Angebot ablehnt, wirst du aktiv – du rufst ihn an, verstehst seine Bedenken, entkräftest Einwände und gewinnst ihn zurück;

Begleite die Customer Journey: Führe den Kunden durch den Prozess und vereinbare erfolgreich eine abschließende Bewertung in einer unserer 130+ Filialen in Deutschland und Österreich;

Steigere den Verkauf, indem du Interesse in Handlungen umwandelst;

Baue Vertrauen auf und mache den Unterschied, der einen Anruf in treue Kunden verwandelt. Als erster Ansprechpartner stellst du sicher, dass die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden stets übertroffen werden.

Was du von uns erwarten kannst:

  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag, Vollzeit;
  • Hybrides Arbeiten: 1 Woche im Büro, 1 Woche im Homeoffice (abhängig von der Leistung);

Was wir von unserem neuen Kollegen erwarten:

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse auf mittlerem Niveau;
  • Erfahrung im Telefonverkauf, Kundenservice mit Produktplatzierung oder Inkasso, Outbound-Calls;
  • Leidenschaft für exzellenten Kundenservice und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden;
  • Du blühst in einem zielorientierten Umfeld auf und bist motiviert, Ergebnisse zu erzielen;
  • Du fühlst dich in einer sich wiederholenden Umgebung wohl, bist anpassungsfähig und arbeitest methodisch.
