Premium Audit Processing Technician

This is a fully remote position.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Process audits for all lines of business, Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Auto and Excess.

  • Manage assigned inventory by processing audits timely for first time and revisions as they are received from field audit regions.

  • Analyze policies and audit worksheets to ensure completion of an accurate audit advice in addition to applying manual/bureau rules and processing procedures.

  • Responsible for application of all presented training materials.  

  • Interact with internal/external business partners effectively. 

  • Manage assigned inventory to meet/prioritize/ maintain production and time service goals.

  • Extensive training will be provided for this role.

  • Must be professional, self-motivated, self-disciplined and exhibit a willingness to learn.

What we are looking for

  • Some college preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Insurance experience is a plus but not necessary.

  • At least one year or more of professional work experience.

  • Microsoft Office – proficiency in Excel, Word and Power point

  • Learning Agility – willingness to learn from experiences and new situations.

  • Problem Solving – identify problems and solutions matched to the appropriate resources.

  • Attention to Detail – demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

  • Organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/multi-task.
