Sales Representative Used Trucks (2 positions in Chitila location)
to join our TruckStore team

The
Sales Representative Used Trucks
ensures the promotion and sale of multi-brand used vehicles, as well as the services offered by the Used Trucks department; monitors the development and manages the client portfolio to achieve sales targets by prospecting the territory and maintaining direct contact with clients to build loyalty and generate current and future sales.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the client portfolio by actively prospecting the territory, both by phone and online, as well as through direct visits on the field to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities and promoting the available vehicles and services.
• Managing client requests by preparing customized offers according to the company's internal policies, sending them to clients, and tracking the process until the transaction is finalized, including periodic reporting to the direct manager.
• Collecting and managing the necessary documents for registering clients into internal systems, ensuring accurate transmission of information for drafting sales contracts and issuing fiscal invoices.
• Preparing the necessary documents for vehicle deliveries, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements
• Evaluating used vehicles and proposing competitive prices for purchasing and selling, in line with internal strategies and market trends.
• Promoting the company's products and services at industry events (auto shows, exhibitions, etc.), providing support, assistance, and presence during these events.

Training and qualification:

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar position
• University degree
• English proficiency, German nice-to-have
• Driver license B category, C category nice-to-have

Technical knowledge:

• Good knowledge of electric and mechanic for commercial vehicles
• Good analytical skills
• Good computer skills
• Good negotiation skills
