Process Manager

A service automation company delivering software for organizations that want to get more done is looking for a Process Manager who will join the company's Professional Services team to manage the implementation processes of the company's product.
The company's SaaS ITSM (IT Service Management) and Asset Management solutions serve more than 5,000 customers across the globe. They do the heavy lifting for IT and anyone delivering services in the digital workspace, by leveraging automation, analytics, and AI.
This position will require you to demonstrate an understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts/ ITIL certifications, practical experience designing and implementing ITIL assessments and procedures, and solid project management skills.
What will you be doing:
- Leading customers, through the implementation process with a primary focus on off-site implementations (via scheduled sessions using web conferencing).
- Understanding the business processes, application environment, and customers' requirements.
- Managing client expectations and internal deadlines to ensure timely and successful implementations.
- Providing technical consultation to cross-functional teams through extensive product knowledge.
- Maintaining technical proficiency through self-training.
- 3+ years of experience in Implementing software/ SaaS products.
- Thorough understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL best practices.
- Experience developing CMDB solutions, including a definition of CIs.
- An advanced understanding of IT/Networking concepts such as Microsoft client and server operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and network management (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls).
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to all business levels.
- A team player that provides guidance and leadership to the customer and company's teams.
- Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field- an advantage/ ITIL certified.
