• Responsibilities:

The OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud) Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing interactive dashboards, visualizations, and data models using Oracle Analytics Cloud for Oracle SaaS ERP. The role focuses on enabling advanced analytics and self-service BI for business stakeholders while ensuring performance, data security, and report reliability.

Analytics Development

Design and build interactive dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports using OAC

Leverage Data Visualization (DV), Classic BI, and RPD modeling as needed

Data Modeling & Preparation

Create and maintain data models using Data Sets, Data Flows, and RPD

Integrate OAC with Oracle SaaS ERP data sources (OTBI, BI Publisher extracts, ADW, OCI Object Storage)

Performance Optimization

Optimize queries and dashboards for responsiveness and data refresh efficiency

Implement data caching, aggregation strategies, and load balancing techniques

Security & Governance

Apply row-level security, user access controls, and role-based access policies

Ensure all reports comply with enterprise security and governance guidelines

Visualization & Storytelling

Build visually compelling charts, graphs, and layouts aligned with business KPIs

Create executive dashboards and self-service BI content with drill-down capabilities

Testing & Documentation

Conduct functional and performance testing of dashboards and models

Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and handover materials

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with business users, data engineers, and ERP functional teams

Mentor junior developers and guide them in best practices of OAC

• Mandatory Skills Description:

6–10 years of experience in BI and analytics, with 2+ years in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

Strong hands-on experience with Data Visualization, RPD, SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI integration

Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud data structures (Financials, SCM, Procurement)

Expertise in building dashboards, KPIs, usage tracking, and performance tuning

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field"
