Your work

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure in AWS using Terraform
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of services using SRE best practices (SLAs, SLOs, error budgets)
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Assist in security hardening and compliance initiatives (IAM policies, network access control, secrets management)
• Champion DevOps and SRE culture across engineering teams, promoting automation, observability, and reliability

Requirements
Basic requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
• Proven expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, EKS, IAM, Glue, Lambda, etc)
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash or Python)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (GitLab CI, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with Linux systems and networking fundamentals
• Resourceful self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup
• Highly organised, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and listening skills — verbal, written

Bonus points

• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
• Familiarity with serverless architectures (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions)
• Experience with Helm for Kubernetes deployments
• Background in incident management and observability tooling
• Ansible experience
