  • Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
  • Map Business Processes to SAP
  • Ability to configure scenarios in SAP PP module and integration to other SAP Modules (FI, CO, MM, WM, SD, LE etc.)
  • Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents
  • Ability to conduct workshops
  • Good hands-on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverable
  • Present and discuss work results clearly
  • Have the willingness to develop new professional skills
  • Work on projects from multiple geographies and across cultures
  • Have flexibility for travel in Europe as per project needs

Your future role

  • Network planning in PP/DS (MRP across several plants)

  • Product planning in PP/DS (MRP, heuristics)

  • Detailed planning in PP/DS
  • Optimizer
  • Integration S/4 into PP/Ds (CIF Integration, Live Cache)
  • ATP check
  • Alert Monitor

  • Forecasting

  • Experience on MTS (Make-to-Stock), MTO (Make-to-Order), Make-to-Order for Configurable Material

  • Integrated PP, PP-PI with MM in goods movement, back flushing, automatic goods receipt, STO process, reservations, production order, planning, purchase requisition, MRP process, sub-contracting, external operations, and operational outsourcing
  • Expertise in batch management, batch classification and back flush to issue materials.
  • Configurable Materials KMAT with Super BOM and Routing, Variant Class, Characteristics, Characteristics Values. Assigned Object Dependencies, Preconditions, Actions, Selection Conditions, Constraints and Procedure to Configurable Profile
  • Configuration of PP-MRP processes, production orders, process orders, repetitive manufacturing, classification, batch management, capacity planning, demand management.
  • Strong knowledge of the SAP PP – CO integration
  • Expertise in setting up PP master data, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers/ resources, planned order management, planning and optimization
  • Experience of all the phases of the full life cycle project implementation, gathering business requirement, business blue printing, realization, unit testing, integration testing, Go - Live preparation and Postproduction support
