our client
is developing a portfolio of applications and services designed to support engineers and managers with data-driven insights from multiple sources (engineering, projects, finance, quality, HR, and more).

We are looking for a
React Tech Lead
to contribute to this mission by leading the development of web applications and guiding a team within the newly established International Development Federation. This role offers the opportunity to shape international collaboration, drive technical excellence, and play a key part in building, deploying, and maintaining a diverse set of applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UI development of software solutions.
  • Participate in defining the User Stories and Technical Stories related to the product roadmap to achieve technical cohesion.
  • Facilitate technical sessions with the team to select future technical choices to be implemented in the product.
  • Investigate potential issues by conducting studies on the future selected technical choices.
  • Ensure the quality of product deliveries made by the team.
  • Support the team in growing their technical knowledge.
  • Share expertise with the other team members in order to grow together as one team
  • Provide valuable input for the team's continuous improvement by contributing to the technical & functional roadmaps.
  • Set and apply best practices (both development and operational best practices), code quality, security standard and corresponding KPIs
  • Actively contribute to the technical solution definition and improvements.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Backlog refinement – Validation of user story estimation, DoR & DoD within the scope of action, sprint reviews, etc.)

  • Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Jira
  • Mendix – it would be a plus
  • Java - Spring Boot – it would be a plus
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) – it would be a plus
  • Agile | Scrum methodology | Clean Architecture
