Responsabilitati i,-principale:

Dezvoltarea si implementarea strategiilor de recrutare pentru diverse roluri (tehnice si corporate) la nivel national si international;

Gestionarea intregului proces de recrutare: identificare, atragere, selectie si integrare candidati;

Colaborarea stransa cu managerii de departamente pentru a intelege nevoile de resurse umane;

Promovarea brandului de angajator Electromontaj si crearea de campanii atractive de recrutare;

Utilizarea instrumentelor moderne de sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, platforme de recrutare, networking etc.);

Oferirea de suport si mentorat colegilor din echipa de HR in proiecte de recrutare. Cerinte:

Experienta 3 ani in recrutare, preferabil in roluri similare (Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist/HR Business Partner);

Experienta in recrutarea pentru roluri tehnice si de nisa reprezinta un avantaj;

Abilitati excelente de comunicare si negociere;

Cunostinte solide de utilizare a platformelor si canalelor moderne de recrutare;

Limba engleza aEUR" nivel avansat;

Orientare catre rezultate si abilitati de gestionare a mai multor proiecte simultan.
