British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate Programme in Finance in Bucharest

Our Finance Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Finance departments of Corporate and Commercial Finance (Marketing Investment and Pricing & Excise) work together to achieve outstanding business results, managing the delivery of consistent profit growth to the Group's shareholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• 18-month program to prepare for managerial after the programme and senior managerial roles in the future

What are we looking for?

• have an university degree or equivalent ((Finance/ Business Administration or similar)
• max 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences
• have strong analytical skills
• advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack- especially Excel and Power Point
• knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage
• possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background
• are internationally mobile
• have positive and constructive attitudeare driven and ambitious
• are an inspiring and engaging individual
• speak Romanian and English fluently
• have a valid driving license
