About The Position
Systematic is a leading global Software Development company. Our mission is to provide exceptional software for critical decision making. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented IT Support Consultant to join our ITM Service Desk team.

In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring that Systematic continues to be a leading player in the software development business. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise will contribute to our overall success.

Key responsibilities of your role:
Technical Support

• Provide technical support to end-users, including but not limited to hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Provide Onsite Support, including but not limited to walk-ins, maintaining the meeting rooms equipment in proper working conditions, ensuring printers and other office equipment function in good conditions.
• Handle escalated tickets and resolve complex issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address critical incidents.

Mentoring and Training

• Mentor junior IT support staff, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Be the go-to person when your IT Support colleagues need technical assistance in their troubleshooting.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

User Experience Enhancement

• Continuously improve end-user experience by optimizing processes and workflows.
• Drive the evolution of Service Desk processes by identifying where automation, standardization, or simplification can make a meaningful difference.
• Apply continual improvement principles to ensure the Service Desk becomes smarter, more efficient, and more user-focused over time.
• Gather feedback and implement improvements based on user needs.
• Champion a mindset of smart changes—focusing on impactful improvements, not change for the sake of change.

Security and Compliance:

• Understand and enforce security policies and protocols.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging threats.
• Participate in regular security audits and risk assessments.

Required expertise:

• You possess a technical bachelor's degree.
• You bring 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on troubleshooting, knowledge sharing and mentoring.
• Proficiency in Windows technologies and environments.
• Solid working experience with VPN, Office 365 applications, Meeting room equipment, Printers, ITSM Tools (preferably Cherwell or Ivanti Neurons).
• Mobile device operating system knowledge will be seen as an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software and preferably basic knowledge of Active Directory, and cloud services
• You are fluent in English and thrive in an international working environment.
