Requirements


•     Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, data analysis, or financial control.
  • Knowledge of relevant risk management frameworks and international standards.
  • Experience in working with National Bank of Romania regulations is a plus.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and communicate complex findings in a clear and structured manner
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  • Very good command of MS Office Package.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) – both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures aligned with the company's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements (e.g., local financial supervision authority guidelines).
  • Systematic analysis of risks related to the development of company activities.
  • Drawing up plans to limit the possible consequences of these risks.
  • Efficiently manages risk situations.
  • Establishes and follows criteria for risk measurement.
  • Evaluates, plans, and develops risk systems and procedures.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk analyses, including scenario modelling and stress testing.
  • Prepare regular risk and performance reports for senior management and regulatory stakeholders
  • Support the continuous improvement of the company's risk governance and data analytics capabilities.
