Mission

Develop state-of-the art solutions for our internal and client facing applications using the latest architectural trends. Our environment inspires you to innovate and our Agile way of working empowers you to achieve set goals, while also enhancing your technical skills. Our applications incorporates a wide range of functionalities and technological challenges:

Building new features and maintaining a business processes management tool (low-code platform) used in over 100 internal and e

• ternal processes from all client segments;
  Build new features in our low-code configuration module, where internal users can visually develop comple- business processes;
• Building new features and maintaining a CRM tool, used in ING Offices, back-office, call center.

Your Day to Day

• Build and maintain high-quality software following established coding standards and best practices;
• Estimate development timelines for programming and unit testing, helping the team plan effectively;
• Take ownership of your work by actively challenging product and technical requirements, ensuring your code is maintainable, well-documented, thoroughly tested, and aligned with industry standards;
  Collaborate with U- designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces;
  Share your e- pertise by supporting other squads with functional and technical insights on the components you own.

What you bring to the team

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ECMAScript 2015+), HTML, CSS;
  E- perience with core parts of SPA-s: routing, state management, bundling for production / development;
  E- perience with version-control systems and continuous delivery practices;
  Unit testing fan; e- perience in writing efficient tests;
• Confidence in using a package manager (npm mostly).

Nice to have

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies;
• Web Components knowledge;
• Functional programming mindset;
• Test Driven Development;
• Optimization techniques and strategies;
• Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, JavaScript tooling;
  E- perience working Mobile First.
