Role Description

We're looking for a Junior-Mid Level UX/UI Designer to join our team located in Bucharest, Romania.
This is a full-time role working
on structured, client-facing projects from discovery through delivery, with clear milestones and daily collaboration. Our clients range from
B2C/SaaS startups to large players in the american eCommerce industry.

This is a hands-on role
with a hybrid work arrangement allowing up to 4 days remote work. Depending on your skillset, you will
handle various aspects of the design process, from research, wireframing, prototyping to high-fidelity UI, design systems, and handoff. You'll report directly to the studio lead (15+ years experience across 50+ projects) and receive close mentorship as you grow toward team leadership and project ownership.

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a well-defined UX/UI design role.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking and a strong ability to conduct User Research
• Familiarity with Design Patterns, Design Systems and User Experience (UX) principles
• Skilled in Prototyping and iterating solutions based on user feedback
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Portfolio showcasing at least ONE project demonstrating the full design process (from research to final delivery)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in Romanian and English
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
• Self-directed work ethic with strong time management abilities
• Familiarity
  with Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop and Illustrator

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with B2B/SaaS platforms or the retail sector
• Familiarity with no-code tools like Webflow and Framer, or basic front-end development knowledge
• Experience working with international clients

Responsibilities (depending on your current skillset and desired career path)

• Create wireframes, user flows, and information architecture
• Design high-fidelity interfaces and maintain design systems
• Build interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder presentations
• Run usability tests and iterate designs based on feedback
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Present and defend design decisions to clients
• Manage project timelines and deliverables independently
• Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design insights

We understand that you'll likely have 2–3 years of experience at this phase. We will help you on all phases of the process, progressively helping you take more ownership as you grow.
