Un VIP Manager în Luxury Fashion la Florentino Delure are rolul de a oferi o experiență exclusivistă clienților Casei. Sarcinile de bază includ:

  1. Relația cu Clienții VIP


• Crearea și menținerea unor relații personalizate cu clienții de elită.


• Asigurarea unei experiențe Bespoke de înaltă clasă, bazată pe nevoile și preferințele clientului.


• Oferirea unui concierge service, inclusiv asistență pentru comenzi speciale, livrări personalizate și evenimente private.

  1. Vânzări și Consultanță de Stil


• Prezentarea colecțiilor din buticul Florentino Delure, inclusiv piese Bespoke și Ready-to-Wear.


• Oferirea de sfaturi personalizate privind garderoba și styling-ul pentru ocazii speciale.


• Creșterea vânzărilor prin strategii de Upselling, Uber Luxury și Cross-Selling.

  1. Evenimente Exclusive & Networking


• Organizarea de evenimente private pentru clienții VIP (lansări de colecții, fitting sessions cu croitorul din Napoli, cine private).


• Participarea la evenimente de lux pentru a atrage noi clienți din segmentul high-net-worth.


• Identificarea și colaborarea cu localii influenceri.

  1. Managementul Portofoliului de Clienți


• Crearea și actualizarea bazei de date cu clienții VIP.


• Urmărirea preferințelor și istoricului de achiziții pentru a oferi recomandări personalizate.


• Menținerea unui contact constant prin mesaje, invitații și oferte personalizate.

  1. Colaborare cu Echipa Internă


• Comunicare strânsă cu croitorii și echipa de producție pentru a livra experiența Bespoke la cel mai înalt nivel.


• Coordonare cu echipa de marketing pentru campanii targetate către clienții VIP.


• Asigurarea unei experiențe fluide între butic, procesul de comandă și livrare.


• Crearea și livrarea către echipa a trainingurilor: retail excellence, product knowledge și clientele.

  1. Reprezentarea Brandului


• Asigurarea că fiecare interacțiune reflectă valorile și estetica Florentino Delure.


• Crearea unei imagini puternice a brandului în cercurile exclusiviste.

Acest rol necesită carismă, eleganță, atenție la detalii și o pasiune autentică pentru moda de lux.

Experiența anterioară in segmentele Supreme Luxury sau Aspirational Luxury sunt obligatorii.
