Job description
  • Gestionează și dezvoltă portofoliul de clienți cheie (Local Key Accounts) din zona pe care o administrează;

  • Promovează portofoliul de produse comercializate și negociază comenzile;

  • Realizează obiectivele de vânzări setate pentru zona repartizată;

  • Implementează standardele de imagine (merchandising) propuse de companie în clienții din portofoliu;

  • Contribuie direct la extinderea business-ului, creșterea vânzărilor clienților prin consilierea oferită, elaborarea unui plan de dezvoltare, estimarea vnzărilor și planurilor de acțiune (organizare de evenimente in-store și out-store: promoții, sampling, tombole etc).

Job requirements
  • Excelente abilități de comunicare și putere de convingere;

  • Experiență în vânzări ( reprezintă avantaj experiența în relațiile comerciale cu lanțuri locale de magazine);

  • Inițiativă, atenție la detalii, capacitate de rezolvare a problemelor;

  • Abilitați de lucru în echipă;

  • Permis conducere categoria B (fără incidente);

  • Studii medii (cu diplomă de Bacalaureat) sau superioare;

  • Disponibilitate pentru activitate de teren.
